Child Neurology

Child Neurology at USC School of Medicine is a division of the department of pediatrics. The Division of Pediatric Neurology offers comprehensive neurological services to children in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. The Division is actively involved with medical student and resident education and in clinical research endeavors. The Child Neurology division treats patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Currently there are two board-certified faculty members that spearhead the division, Dr. Timothy Livingston and Dr. Harley Morgan.

The outpatient clinics for  children with neurological disorders apply state of the art diagnostic facilities and multidisciplinary expertise to provide the some of the best care in the southeast United States. The psychologists, social workers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists provide important help for the patients we evaluate and manage in our clinics and wards.

The inpatient hospital wards are in the Children's Hospital. These facilities offer a pleasant and friendly environment that adds to the healing process. All rooms are private and quiet. The play rooms and entertainment facility that is part of the hospital allows patients some escape for the children in the hospital.
